Theme: Intelligent Fire – Empowering Marketplace Leaders for Global Impact
For the first time ever, Exponential Conference was held in Bujumbura, Burundi, bringing together visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across Africa for two transformative days of inspiration, empowerment, and connection.
Originally launched in Nigeria, Exponential has grown into an international platform that equips leaders for marketplace transformation and global relevance. The 2025 edition in Burundi took place on September 19–20, 2025, at Oasis Christian Centre, Avenue du Large, Bujumbura.

The conference centered on the theme “Intelligent Fire: Empowering Marketplace Leaders for Global Impact”, exploring how faith-driven leadership can shape economies, communities, and nations. As one speaker put it, “The fire in the early Church was not random—it was intelligent, intentional, and relevant.”
This fire continues to inspire a new generation of leaders committed to influence and integrity.
